Made Right Software LLC operates maderightsoftware.com. This page explains how we handle your information when you use our site.

What we collect

We collect the email address you provide when you book a call through our scheduling system. We also use Google Analytics 4, which records how visitors use the site. This covers pageviews, the paths people take from one page to another, how long they stay on a page, and how far they scroll down each page (measured at 25, 50, 75, and 100 percent).

How we use it

We use your email only to confirm the call and communicate with you about the services you asked about. We use the analytics data to understand which pages people read and where they lose interest, so we can improve the site. None of this data is linked to your name or email.

What we do not do

We do not sell, share, or rent your email address to anyone. We do not send marketing email. We do not use tracking scripts or third-party data processors beyond the scheduling tool, Google Analytics and the text messaging provider described on this page.

Third-party services

Our call booking uses Cal.com. Cal.com processes your email and name to schedule the appointment. Their privacy policy applies to data stored on their platform. We use Google Analytics to measure site usage. Google's privacy policy applies to data processed through that service. Telnyx sends and receives our text messages, and its privacy policy applies to the data it handles to deliver them.

Data retention

We keep your email for the duration of our engagement and delete it within 90 days after the last contact unless you become a client.

Text messages

If you agree to get texts from us, we keep your mobile number, your consent and the messages we exchange, so we can reply to you and stop texting when you ask.

Made Right Software also sends one-to-one follow-up texts about a business's website project. A business owner or staff member must ask a Made Right Software team member for a text during a phone call and reply YES to a confirmation text. Made Right Software sends follow-up texts one at a time to the person who asked. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. The sharing described elsewhere on this page excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Telnyx, our messaging provider, and the phone carriers handle your number only to deliver our texts.
