Made Right Software LLC ("Made Right Software") sends occasional text messages to clients about their projects. A business owner or staff member can also ask a team member during a phone call for one-to-one sales follow-up texts about a website project. Both kinds of texts come from the same Made Right Software number.

Client project updates

We text clients about their projects, such as status updates, meeting reminders, requests to review a delivery, and answers to their questions. We do not send marketing texts.

Sales follow-up texts

During a recorded phone call, a business owner or staff member can ask a Made Right Software team member to text about a website project. Made Right Software sends a confirmation text, and follow-up messages start only after the person replies YES. Each message answers that person's request, such as by sharing a booking link, recapping the call, or answering a question. Made Right Software sends each text to the person who asked and does not send texts to lists or in bulk.

How clients sign up

You agree to texts on a call with our team when you give us your mobile number for project updates. Our first text confirms your sign-up. You do not have to agree to texts to work with us.

Stop texts

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We send one text to confirm, then stop. Reply START to sign up again.
