How we work

Clear scope.
Visible progress.

What to expect from the first conversation to launch, and how we approach software that already exists.

How it works

You see the scope
before we build.

Three written options. One fixed price for the scope you choose. Working software to review every week.

  1. Talk through the problem

A 30-minute discovery call to understand your process, users, data sources, and what you have already tried.

  2. Choose a written scope

Baseline, recommended, and full-scope options, with one fixed price each. You choose what belongs in the first release.

  3. Review working software

We build against the approved scope and show progress every week. Build engagements usually take 4 to 10 weeks.

  4. Take over at launch

You receive source code, infrastructure access, and documentation. A default 30-day post-launch warranty covers breakages.

Already have software?
We read first.

Explore the code audit

We review your code, live system, and documentation without changing anything. You receive a report with ranked risks and an action list any developer can use.

For project rescue, stabilization gets a fixed price after the audit. The $4k audit is credited toward that work if you continue.

At launch

Software you own.
Not a dependency.

At handoff, you own the source code and infrastructure access. Your first engineer can run the system and build on it without calling us.

The full source code

Tested code your team can run and build on.

Infrastructure access

Deployed infrastructure and monitoring.

Documentation that stays useful

Your first engineer can run the system without calling us.

30-day post-launch warranty Included by default with build work.

How do you start a project?

We begin with a 30-minute discovery call to understand your process, your data sources, and what you've already tried. The call is all questions. We then send three scoped options in writing, each with a fixed price.

What does a project cost?

Projects start at $4,000. Most engagements run $15,000 to $60,000 depending on scope and complexity. We give you three written options, baseline, recommended, and full scope, each with a fixed price. Whichever one you pick, that number is what you pay.

How long does delivery take?

Most projects go from kickoff to production in 4 to 10 weeks. We spec everything in writing before we start building, which is why we can hit that timeline consistently.

What's included in the handoff?

Full source code, infrastructure access, and documentation that your first engineer can run without calling us. Plus a default 30-day post-launch warranty. If anything breaks, we fix it at no cost.

What services do you offer?

We build MVPs for founders, custom software for small businesses outgrowing off-the-shelf tools, and website design. The other half of the work is a code audit on software you already own, rescue for a build that has gone wrong, and a paid alternative to searching for a technical cofounder. Every engagement is fixed-price, scoped upfront, and delivered with full documentation.
